NextGen Payment Solutions offers an interchange-plus pricing model. The term interchange simply means cost, or, the rates that are defined by the card networks (companies like Visa or MasterCard). Every merchant – from high processing volume companies to small mom-and-pop businesses – pays interchange, and this fee only varies based on the card type your customer uses to make a purchase.

With Interchange-plus pricing, all cards are processed at their exact assigned interchange rate but with a very small, clearly disclosed margin added on each card.

Je mets UNE ÉTOILE pour la compagnie car tu ne peux jamais avoir réponses a tes questions même si tu passe 2 semaines a 3-4 hrs par jours pour essayer d avoir quelqu un qui parle français et qui te transfère pas au iles meu meu pour pas être en mesure de te répondre, lorsqu'il y a contestation de paiement, il crédite ton compte sans meme avoir ta version et il t envois une lettre tellement tard qui reste 2 jours pour te justifier, mais comme tu arrive pas a parler avec personne, bien tu viens de perdre ton argent car eux le dossier est fermer tu n as pas justifier a temps......grrrr mais les 5 étoiles sont décernées à ELLEN SMART! Quand j ai eu son contact, enfin j avais quelqu un qui parle français et elle te dit les vrais affaires et l'heure juste, elle ce démène pour t aider. Service très professionnel, efficace et aimable. Ellen has a natural flair for customer service. We recently setup another account in USD and ordered a corresponding POS machine and Ellen helped us get through the kinks remarkably fast, followed up regularly by email and phone to ensure things were moving, as well as nudged the technical support to send the new credentials which they promptly did. We didn't say things were urgent on our end and would have waited easily yet she moved with the speed of light.
